Terms of Service

General

These Terms of Service are applied to all commissions. Depending on the commission can be adjusted to fit the requirements of each request.
I have the right to decline requests.

Revisions

There can be up to three (3) changes per stage of the creation of the art (sketch, rough colours, rendering ect.)

Use

These may be used for promotional content on socials as well as the chosen form (book cover, endpapers ect.) At an extra cost, the art created may be used for merchandise (bookmarks, prints ect.)

Refunds

No refunds past the sketch phase of the art unless I am the one to cancel the commission and am unable to complete the art requested.

Payments

All payments will be made through VGen, unless an invoice has been requested and the art has been requested through emails. Payment plans are available if requested.

Deadlines & Delivery

Delivery will be through the completion process on Vgen, unless requested through email. A full resolution version of the art will be given to you for printing purposes, as well as a low res version for social media. Art will be delivered by the stated date, however, if there is a delay of any kind (illness, technical issues ect.) you will be notified as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property Rights

I own the right to the specific art that is created and have the right to use the art for my portfolio and to post on social media (where applicable I will wait until a date given before I post). I will not use the art to sell for my own monetary gains, unless stated that this is allowed by the commissioner.

Communication

Through Vgen messages, unless stated a requirement through emails.

A bundle is available for indie authors. This includes two (2) from the following list:
